POSITION: IT ASSISTANT MANAGER IN MAI INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM (MITS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. To work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverable and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of a deliverable.
  2. To strategize, design, implement and operationalise the system.
  3. To create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software).
  4. To determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to users and management.
  5. To alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent experience plus appropriate professional qualification or exposure to different industries.
  2. Have knowledge in 9 pillars of Industry 4.0, Autonomous robots,3D Simulation, The Industrial Internet of Things, Big Data, Cybersecurity, The Cloud, Additive Manufacturing and Augmented Reality.
  3. Experience in developing, implementing and managing in-house and enterprise applications.
  4. Experience in technical project implementation.
  5. Possess an exceptional communication and organizational skills
  6. Possess a vast knowledge of proposal and project management exposure.
  7. Have an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

POSITION: LEGAL EXECUTIVE IN CORPORATE SERVICE DIVISION

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. To assist in drafting and reviewing documents and contracts. Generally attending to and solving any legal issues that may arise from time to time.
  2. To support and liaise with external lawyer and/or other external parties on legal matters.
  3. To provide standardization (to the extent possible) of legal documents.
  4. To explain to the signatories of legal documents the background, legal exposure and contractual liabilities as stipulated in the document for execution.
  5. To ensure proper execution of contracts, agreements and legal documents by the correct authorized personnel.
  6. To assist in the implementation of new policies, regulations, guidelines issued/addressed by the Governing Bodies or the law which are to be carried out by the Organization.
  7. To ensure a proper management and administration of Legal documents.
  8. To responsible for highlighting and addressing to the relevant department when their agreement has lapsed and due or renewal.

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  2. Good co-ordination/ Planning/ Organizing skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
  3. Possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  4. PC literate and proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
  5. Strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum a degree in law and CLP or equivalent with relevant experience in the legal firm or corporate sector with exposure in corporate legal work/ litigation/ conveyancing matters preferably 1 OR 2 years in practise.

 

 

POSITION: EXECUTIVE IN SUPPLY CHAIN DIVISION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. To assist programme coordinator in coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  2. To assist programme coordinator in liaising with SCD associates to identify and define projects requirements, scope and objectives.
  3. To assist programme coordinator in preparing a comprehensive actions plans, including resources, timeframes and budget for projects.
  4. To assist and support department members in performing various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management , along with administrative duties , like maintaining projects documentation and handling financial queries.
  5. To ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality.
  6. To assist the division in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  7. To assist and support department team in planning and implementing department promotion activities.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To do an Ad-hoc task assigned by management or any others task as assigned by management.
  2. To manage any other tasks assigned by the Management of MAI.
  3. To communicate with other department/division/stakeholder.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Degree in Engineering with CGPA 2.7 and above or any related fields or at least have Minimum 1-2 year(s) experience.
  2. Able to identify and solve a problem.
  3. PC literate and proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc
  4. Strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Knowledge of Project Management, Automotive sector and Lean Production System / Toyota Production System.
  6. Understanding of ISO 9000 requirements.
  7. Possess a Managerial and presentation skills.

 

 

 

POSITION: ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE IN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Oversee all building and grounds maintenance are safe, up to code and fully operational.
  2. To respond to emergency calls for repairs and services.
  3. Periodic routine inspections for the proper operations of the property.
  4. To do an Ad-hoc task assigned by management or any others task as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management/Electronic/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent or at least have Minimum 1-2 year(s) experience in Facilities Management/Electronic/Electrical Engineering related task
  2. Must have D license
  3. PC literate and proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc
  4. Strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
