Workshop Transformation Programme (WTP) is specially designed by the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) to assist workshop owners!
WTP is a nine-month workshop business guidance programme that utilises the ‘one-to-one’ approach. This program focuses on business management aspects which includes marketing, finance and human capital management of workshops.
The next intakes for WTP (Phase 1), according to states are as follows:
